As Director of Operations, Tonya is responsible for implementing strategic solutions to enhance client experiences, create and streamline operational workflows for the SSWM Team, and ensure that the firm’s day-to-day operations run seamlessly. She also leads a team of operations associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth and innovation. Tonya is also instrumental in developing client relationships, onboarding new clients to the firm and servicing related inquiries.
Tonya joined the team in July of 2009. Prior to joining the team, Tonya gained 12 years of experience in the banking industry working as a teller manager, financial service representative, fraud loss prevention expert, assistant branch manager, and as an assistant to several area managers.
Tonya resides in Cumming with her adorable sons, Cole and Dominic. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, spending time by the water, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
